Racist Slogans, Symbols Painted On Black Family’s Home In Brentwood

BRENTWOOD (CBS SF) — A black family living in Brentwood discovered racist slogans and symbols spray painted on their house Thursday morning, police said.

The vandalism was discovered on the garage door and driveway of the home in the 70 block of Lexington Court at about 10:15 a.m.

Small shrubs along the sidewalk in front of the home had been burned, police said. No suspects have been located.

Anyone with information about the vandalism has been asked to call Brentwood police Detective Aguirre at (925) 809-7726.

Producers of ‘Glee’ want to give Cory’s character, Finn, the proper sendoff, so they are considering using old footage of the 31-year-old actor in order to soften the sudden blow of his absence, a source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively.

Glee is slated to return for its fifth season Sept. 19, and though no official decisions have been made, regarding how to handle Cory Monteith’s tragic and sudden death on July 13, a source close to production tells HollywoodLife.com that the show may write the first few episodes around already filmed scenes of the 31-year-old actor.
